What this site collects, how it is used, and the rights you hold over it. California (CCPA) is the baseline.
1. What we collect
Site analytics, and what you submit: waitlist email, role, company size, demo-booking details, and founding-cohort application answers. Nothing beyond what the forms show.
2. How we use it
To operate the service, respond to inquiries, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing and sub-processors
Shared only with service categories that run the site: hosting, payments (when billing opens), analytics, and email. No selling. CCPA do-not-sell is honored by default.
4. Your rights (CCPA)
Access, deletion, correction, and opt-out, without discrimination for exercising them. Send requests to hello@contractoros.tech.
5. Data retention
Kept while needed for the purpose collected, then deleted on the documented schedule. Waitlist entries delete on request.
6. Security
The Company protects data with industry-standard controls.
7. Children
The site and service are not directed to minors and do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes and contact
Changes post here with a new effective date. Contact: hello@contractoros.tech.
This language states intent and is under final review by counsel. The reviewed version replaces it before any billing or signup opens.
